When you join EXIT Realty Metro, unless you have previous production and qualify for our Quick Start 85/15%, your standard agent commission split will be 70/30% then 90/10%.
Your GCI Cap is $100,000 as a single agent. Once we reach that, the brokerage and agent together, your commission goes to 90% for the rest of the year!
What's the catch? No catch. All of our agents are on the same split. From a new producer to the seasoned veteran. No fighting over splits. No worrying your co-agent has a better split than you. Fair and Even.
