We at EXIT Realty Metro have a Honest and Transparent Commission Split Policy. As an experienced agent, we can offer you a 85/15% Quick Start Commission split when joining our company.
If you sold $3,000,000 worth of real estate the previous year, you are automatically able to join us at this split.
How does it work? You'll have the Quick Start Commission Split for the remainder of the year your join, PLUS one full additional year. We do this to assist you financially during the transition period of moving brokerages.
Your GCI Cap is $100,000 as a single agent. Once we reach that, the brokerage and agent together, your commission goes to 90% for the rest of the year!
